HUB ("we", "us", "our") is the provider of the HubSpot CMS modules, themes, and related assets listed under our HubSpot Marketplace provider profile. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Information you provide directly

  • Contact details (name, email, company) when you email us for support
  • Account details (HubSpot portal ID, name) when registering for paid Assets, if applicable
  • Feedback you submit through forms, surveys, or community channels

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we may collect:

  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, operating system
  • Usage data — pages visited, time on site, referring URL
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 7

Information from HubSpot

When you install our Assets, HubSpot shares limited information with us, such as your HubSpot portal ID and the email associated with the install. We use this only to deliver, support, and update the Asset.

4. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our Assets
  • Respond to your support requests
  • Send you important updates about the Assets you've installed (e.g., security fixes)
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

  • HubSpot, as required to deliver Assets through the Marketplace

Our Assets and website are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on our website or communicated by email.
